Ambitious about Autism is the National Charity for autistic children and young people championing their rights and creating opportunities. They stand with autistic children and young people by providing services, raising awareness, understanding and by campaigning for change.

Story

The plan is to cycle approximately 215 miles following the Trans Pennine Trail, starting in Southport and finishing in Hornsea.

The route takes us across the entire width of England, including an arduous stretch across the Pennines where the amount of hill climbing totals in the region of 9000 feet.

People doing to cycling are Gareth Watson and Gareth Monk. Supporting are Mark Hastry and Lewis Taylor.

The plan (assuming we don't get lost!):

  • Day 1: Southport to Padfield - approx 85 miles
  • Day 2: Padfield to Selby - approx 80 miles
  • Day 3: Selby to Hornsea - approx 50 miles

Training has been going well and with a couple of weeks to go, we're asking you to dig deep and be generous with your donation. However, any amount, big or small is massively appreciated.
