The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, situated in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow, exists to help our patients achieve the best quality of life possible in whatever time remains for them. Where it may not be possible to add days to lives, we aim to add life to days for patients and their families.

Story

I have never danced before not even as a child, but would have liked to have had a go. When my very good friend Rhona asked me to help I said yes without thinking. I did not visualise me being terrified dancing in front of a very large audience! Even if I’m the comedy act for the night and everyone has a good time I’m glad I said yes. The ultimate goal is raising the last million for the new Hospice which is now well underway. When designing it they have put patient focus at the heart of it. I know it’s a sad time but it should also be a happy and comfortable environment for people to fully live whatever time they have left to the best of their ability. I’m thanking everyone in advance for supporting me.... will be busy dancing over the next few months💃😄
