We're getting involved with the BWCH Dragon Boat Race for the third time - all in aid of raising funds for a new life changing piece of equipment at the Children's Hospital - the iMIRI scanning machine.BWCH have launched their appeal for an iMRI scanner costing the charity £1.5 million. This piece of equipment will help BWCH remove brain tumours on Children during operations, allowing them to get accurate scans showing any movement of normal, or abnormal, brain matter intraoperatively.
