St Barnabas House is a hospice based in Worthing which provides palliative care to adults with life-limiting illnesses and their families, both at the hospice and in the comfort of their own home.

Story

Rachael Michelle Steele passed away at St Barnabas Hospice on Friday 22nd April 2022 aged 37 years.

Rachael's funeral service will take place on Thursday 12th May 2022 at Worthing Crematorium Kingswood Chapel at 9:00am.

Please feel free to wear yellow on the day.
