TASTE does a simple job - they drill for clean water in Nigerian villages where women and children still have to fetch polluted water from the river.  The benefit to the villages that TASTE helps is huge.  Disease and sickness from polluted water is drastically reduced; children don't lose school time fetching water;  and women are able to stop being water carriers and focus on a higher quality of life.  £3000 covers all the costs of providing clean water and latrines to a rural community.
