Every day in the UK, 12 children and young people will receive the devastating news that they have cancer. News that no child/young adult or their families should ever have to receive.

Inspired by a group of strong women currently fighting their own fight, and a very courageous young lady, and a student of mine, you know who you are….

I would like to draw on their strength and help raise money for Everything Ellie, a local North Devon charity that aims to make every day a ‘blue sky day’ by providing a simple day at the seaside, a break away from the hospital rooms for young people or Parents/Guardians with young families undergoing treatment for long-term, life threatening or terminal illnesses such as Cancers & Leukaemia.

In order to do this, I will be testing my feet for 3 days in October, walking the 84-mile Hadrian’s wall path hoping to reach the target of £840 to go towards Ellie’s legacy and give families that respite that is well deserved.
