Will you help bring homeless young people in from the cold? We need to raise £20,000 to help vulnerable young people in Brighton & Hove this winter.

Story

On Tuesday 18th December I will be taking part in the Big City Sleepout and sleeping rough on the BAi360 upper boarding deck to raise money for The Clock Tower Sanctuary's Urgent Winter Appeal.

If you want to sponsor me by phone, text HAFF77 to 70070 and donate whatever you can.

The Clock Tower Sanctuary, the only day-centre in Brighton & Hove which supports homeless 16-25-year olds, is launching an urgent winter appeal to raise £20,000 for vulnerable young people in the city.

Brighton & Hove has the second largest population of rough sleepers in the UK. The Clock Tower Sanctuary receives over 4,000 visits every year from 16-25-year-olds who are homeless or insecurely housed. Their day-centre, located in the heart of the city, provides practical and emotional support to move homeless young people from crisis to independence.

£10 could pay for a young person to have a shower, a meal and wash their clothes.

£20 can pay for hot meals for ten hungry people

£50 can provide fifty hot showers or twenty loads of washing

£200 provides one-to-one support to move a young person out of homelessness

Thank you for your support.
