On Monday May 30th I (and a few foolish friends) will be spending our final day of Bank Holiday weekend freedom running the BUPA 10K in support of The Eve Appeal.

The Eve Appeal is a London based cancer charity committed to funding vital research focused on developing effective methods of prediction, detection, treatment and care that will help save women's lives not only in the UK but throughout the world.

Many of us have been touched by cancer in some way and this year I am running in honor of my late girlfriend Tara Kennedy.

In consideration of the tight time frame between now and the race, I'd ask that you visit my page and give generously.

In an effort to keep things respectable, our merry band of amateur runners are shooting for a sub-50 minute run - let's get it on.
