Story
We are a team of Year 10 students from Haberdashers' Aske's Knights Academy in London, taking part in Envision's Community-Apprentice programme which develops employability skills in young people through community participation: https://www.envision.org.uk
We have chosen to raise awareness and funds for Settle because we think it is important to support vulnerable young people who may be at risk of becoming homeless. We planned to raise awareness of Settle by running a poster competition in our school, with entries centred on the work and mission of Settle. Unfortunately our planned fundraising event has been cancelled due to the pandemic, however we are still passionate about the charity and completing our project, so please help us reach our goal and support a local cause.
