RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

Solent Swim

Having sailed across the Isle of Wight more times than he can remember, Halcyon Yachts Skipper Jeffrey Leigh-Jones has decided to get a new perspective on the experience by swimming across.

Jeff will be swimming alongside his friend Tom Gray (a regular Triathlete and Ironman competitor) from Gosport to Ryde in November 2018.

All money raised will go to the RNLI and will help them to continue saving lives at sea. They are an organisation that Halcyon Yachts have long supported and we hope to help them in any way we can.
