For the second year running the Hales' family are running the Green Park Challenge. A 1.8 mile route around the Majeski Stadium in Reading. But this year we're running with more purpose than ever.

Four months ago, one of Sam's best friends, the gorgeously cheeky Ollie, was shockingly diagnosed with a horribly aggressive brain tumour. Ollie fought bravely but ever so sadly passed away the day before his sixth birthday at the end of February.

It has left all of us who were lucky enough to know Ollie completely devasted and with a huge hole in our lives.

Ollie and his wonderful mum, dad and big brother were all looked after by the fantastic team at Helen House in Oxford - the world's first children's hospice. For this reason we are now wanting to do everything we can to raise funds for them so that they are able to continue their work long into the future.
