Myself , Sarah & Chris Griffin are taking part in the Tenby Long Course Triathlon weekend on July 7th-9th and raising funds for Bella De Gregorio, our friends 9 year old daughter.

Sarah and I are running the half marathon event and, Chris is swimming 2.4 miles and cycling 112 miles. 

Gabriella is 9 years old and suffers from quadriplegic cerebral palsy.  She requires ongoing treatment for her specialist care, equipment and regular therepy treatments. She requires regular physio and hydrotherapy treatment to help her improve her physical development.
