Since 2022 Halfords has fighting for mental health through fundraising, raising awareness, and encouraging staff and customers to prioritise their wellbeing through a healthy and active lifestyle. All areas of the business are involved in the partnership, including autocentres, retail stores and Support Office. Staff have been raising funds through all sorts of initiatives, from Christmas raffles to biking challenges and a salary rounding scheme. Halfords' customers are also supporting the partnership through collection tins. Even though 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, most of us don’t get the help we need. This has to change.
