We are a group of Bank Colleagues from across the Dorchester & Weymouth branches of the Halifax with limited or no experience of running, who have decided (despite our reservations!) to run 10 miles for a great cause.

We are hoping to raise as much money as possible for local charity - The Horse Course and the amazing work that they do in our community to help young people and adults who have been refered to them for help by their School, Social Worker, Mental Health Team, Offending Team and other specialist agencies. The Horse Course provides a high impact horse-powered intervention for hard to reach participants for when talking isn't working and their method has a proven track record for improving attendance and engagement at school (85%) and a 27% point reduction in prisoner reoffending with £8.30 return per £1 spent.
