During lockdown, everyone is having a hard time. Repeatedly when I think about victims of domestic abuse and children especially,  trapped during this stressful time I feel compelled to do something. 

For various reasons, this means so much to me. I’ve never cycled for more than 4 hours but,  I’m going to finish this.

I’ll be doing this following on from my nights on the intensive care unit, hopefully the change in body clock will help!  **EDIT - Sadly I've had to change this as I caught the virus (I think)  - I'll be doing this ride following 2 13 hour shifts on the ICU over bank holiday weekend.
