On the 9th May 2015 I will be running the Burghley Rat race with the University of London Air Squadron. It's a grueling 20 mile long 200 obstacle assault course that takes on average 5:45 minutes to complete. Having never run anything further than 2 miles before beginning training on the 9th April it's sure going to be interesting!

I will be running it for the Jon Egging Trust: a charity set up by the late RAF Red arrows pilot Jon Egging's wife Emma Egging in his memory. The Charity does an incredible job inspiring children and young adults through a love of flying and an enthusiasm for teamwork working closely with the Military to enable them to achieve their full potential.
