Brain Tumour Research is the leading voice of the brain tumour community and focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. We are campaigning to increase the national investment in research to £35 million per year and funding sustainable Centres of Excellence across the UK.

Story

Near Glasgow there is a massive lake called Loch Lomond. On August 25th I’m doing an open water 2-mile swim there with my university-era partner in crime Tim Phedon.

Brain Tumour Research represents an initiative which is close to my heart.  Aside from funding research they are working to see that discoveries translate to treatment, diagnosis, awareness and bedside care.  Whatever you can give (in the form of money, not just anything you have lying around) will be accepted gratefully.
