I want to help the lives of those coping with homelessness at our services through the Coronavirus pandemic.

My debut half Ironman was due to take place in April along the rugged coastline of Sardinia, Italy. However, for obvious reasons, this is no longer happening. 

Now that the gyms have closed and we are all self-isolating, I believe we could all benefit from some fitness inspiration. Meanwhile, those on the streets are in the firing line, and I just don't think that is write or fair. 

On 11/04/20, I will smash out my debut half Ironman, not in a race as they have all cancelled, but individually around the beautiful scenic countryside of Kent (still with a rugged coastline).

I will swim 1.2 miles before cycling 56 miles, and then – for good measure – I will run a half marathon.

Please give what you can, and pray for sunshine on the 11th!
