Tristan, Ben and I are taking part in the Hampstead Hug on Sunday 23 June which is a 3 mile walk on Hampstead Heath to raise money for the Marie Curie Hospice in Hampstead where my Mum spent her last few days. I was very touched by the care and compassion the staff showed there and I am eternally grateful to them for their support. Not only did they care for my Mum and ensure that she was as comfortable and peaceful as possible throughout the last days of her life but they were a great support to me and my family.
