This aim of this special event is to conquer the breadth of Britain by bike, whilst fundraising for two very worthwhile charities; The Farriers Foundation and Ian Rennie Hospice.

Starting with our rear wheels in the Irish Sea at St Bees on the Cumbrian Coast, we will cross some beautiful scenery including the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors before our jubilant finish at Whitby on the East Coast of Yorkshire, taking celebratory photos as we dip our front wheels into the North Sea.

There are 8 of us taking part from team Handmadeshoes and we kindly ask you to please make a donation to support our gruelling 178 mile bike ride in aid of these two very important charities!
