So, I have never zip lined in my life and I’m petrified of heights! 

Yet here I am. As a teacher who works with countless often vulnerable children with special educational needs, the cause of this event is one that I feel so strongly about. 

Education is power! The power to unlock a plethora of opportunities and allow these children to pave a way for themselves as we aim to do day in day out; something we often overlook because it comes so easily to us! 

For these children, It is a way out of poverty, a driving force for social change and an important aspect of personal development and welfare. Therefore, it is at the heart of the work Muslim Hands do.The funds raised through Zip World Velocity 2019 will go towards supporting needy orphans around the world, providing them access to a free, quality education. This includes covering their school fees, transport to and from school, uniform, books, school resources, daily nutritional meals, regular health check-ups, and so much more.Our aim is to provide opportunities that empower the next generation to build a better future for themselves.
