Hello all you wonderful supporters! As the sun struggles to come up on Day 3, we're setting off with stiff legs and expectations of rain, so we thought this made it a good time for an update! So far so good! We made it to Swindon last night via the Marlborough downs, which were beautiful and very, very hilly! All your support has definitely spurred us on, so thank you ALL so much. Next stop Wells, south of Bristol! We will of course send another update when we hit the finish line...along with some photos of us in our ridiculous lycra riding gear! On behalf of our chosen charity, Lively Minds (http://www.livelyminds.org/), we have been set the task of raising £1,600 (£800 each), all of which goes straight into the great work this charity does helping to set up play schemes in rural villages in Northern Ghana where we will be volunteering for 6 weeks in September this year. This is no mean feat and in order to do it we need your help! The challenge we have set ourselves is to cycle from London to Wales this July.
