As a lot of people know thanks to 'Before I Forget' back in April 2013, Alzheimer's Society is a charity very close to my heart.
I am incredibly grateful for the support I have received and still receive in my fundraising efforts for this cause.

I am taking part in a 10K Memory Walk at Aintree in just over a month, and your support would mean the world to me.

We need to prevent Alzheimer's and Dementia whilst we can, it is a dibilitating disease and very difficult to deal with.
I will be walking in memory of my wonderful Nan; Hannah Frances, whom is loved and missed very much. This time I will do the walk, and make her proud! :)
