It is finally here. 

After years of delays due to COVID, this October I will be trekking to Everest Base Camp in an attempt to both fundraise and raise awareness of mental health for the charity Mind. 

What better way to represent the challenge of overcoming the mountains in our minds by trekking to the largest mountain in the world. 

Now more than ever, after the impact of COVID, we have all seen the impact of isolation, fear, worry and stress on our mental wellbeing. 

Mind have saved my life - and they save thousands of others.
