In a moment of madness a couple of months ago I signed up to do the Sheffield Half Marathon on the 6th April. I'm also going to be running the Great Manchester Run in May (10k). I'm raising money for CLIC Sargent, the UK's leading cancer charity for children, young people and their families.

I'm running in memory of a friend Holly who lost a short battle with cancer in 2011. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not a runner so this is also a huge personal challenge!! All money raised will help CLIC Sargent carry on doing the amazing work that they already do.
