10 Years ago, last September I was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, so as I way of celebrating good health and giving something back, I will be cycling with my friends Sarah Sharpe, Leanne Basson and my brother Chris Case.  We will be riding from Lancaster - Liverpool - Bangor - Dublin; doing 70 miles a day over 4 days totalling 280 miles! This will be a huge challenge for me!! The training has begun, so I have just a few months to get fit and in shape for the big ride!
