Hi everyone, a few of us at the gym are doing a challenge for our health and (optional) to raise money for Nottingham Rape Crisis. The challenge?
Starting Today 10th August
NO sweets
NO cake
NO chips/crisps
NO white bread
NO fast food
NO chocolate
NO ice-cream
For 21 days (10th August-31st August)
Get ONE person to "sponsor" you, if you complete the whole 21 days then your sponsor pays £21 to Rape Crisis. If you fail you have to pay the £21 to Rape Crisis. On top of this, for every item that you eat on this banned list you need to pay another £5 extra!
