Mis nesa, ar y 14eg o Hydref, fydda i'n rhedeg Hanner Marathon Caerdydd er cof am Dad, ar ol ei golli'n sydyn ym mis Chwefror flwyddyn yma. O hyd yn un i fynd amdani, a chroesawi pob her, bydd rhedeg y ras yn deyrnged i gadernid ysbryd ac egni diflino Dad.

On October 14th I will be running Cardiff's Half Marathon in memory of my father, who passed away in February this year. Running the race will pay tribute to a man with an unbreakable spirit, never shy of a challenge.

All donations will go straight to the British Heart Foundation.
