Hello it`s me, Hannah. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I organised a sponsored swim at Hornchurch Sports Centre, my local swimming pool on Saturday 4th February. The pool was closed for 2 hours so we could do our sponsored swim. It was from 5-7pm.
I am raising money for my Church's roof and organ. At St Andrew's Church, thieves have tried to steal the copper off the roof 10 times. The copper is a special type, and has survived the World War, it is very expensive. The last time they took some copper, the rain came in and damaged the organ and it is now unplayable.We need a huge amount of money to fix the roof and organ, we also need to update the roof alarm system.
I swam 58 lengths (48 is a mile). There were thirteen people from my Church who joined me for the Sponsored swim and together my team swam 632 lengths which is over 13 miles, thank you for your help!
