Hello everyone, for those of you that don't know me, I am Hannah. I am training to run a half marathon in September and I would like to raise some money for Limb less association. A charity that supports amputees ensuring they have both practical and emotional support throughout their amputation journey. Their work is important to people navigating the complexities of limb loss which can be completely overwhelming, for both amputees and their families. Recently one of my closest friends has been on a similar journey. She is one of the strongest people I know and I am so proud of her. She is very lucky to have the massive family and support system around her who have helped her through this challenge. Hospitals, especially over this last year, have been pushed to breaking point given COVID and not once was she not given the very best care.  This is a charity close to her and something she one day wishes to get involved with. Therefore, since she is breaking a sweat in rehab I would like her to know that I am breaking a sweat too and raising money towards an amazing cause!
