On the 7th of September I will be taking part in Nelson's Tour de Test Valley, a 100 mile sportive in memory of Nelson Pratt.  His friends set this event up in his name to raise money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)  It's such a sad fact that suicide accounts for more deaths of young men in Britian than road accidents, murder and HIV/AIDS put together.   CALM work really hard to reach out to these men, providing a helpline, articles on the website writen for men about life, and provide support in times of need to men and their families. 

In January this year, my little brother Luke sadly took his own life.  I will do anything to try and prevent other families having to go through this. 

So you know I can go the extra mile (13 extra miles to be precise) but I'm really not sure how I'll deal with the hills!  So please dig deep and give what you can and show your support for a fantasic charity,
