We at Blue Light Insurance are walking 50 kilometres to raise awareness for everyone affected by mental health problems. We're fundraising for all of us who are just about coping and for those who can't get support, so no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

We will proudly walk 50 km in just one day along the Dorset coast to show that we believe everyone with a mental health problem should feel able to talk openly and ask for help. 

Every person taking part in the walk will be raising awareness of mental health problems. Your fundraising  will help us carry on giving vital support and every donation represents a conversation about mental health that could make all the difference.
