If you're looking for me this year I'll be pedalling up and down (and up and down and up and down...) the backroads of South Wales in preparation for the two 185 mile cycle events I've entered:

7th June 2020 - Devil Dragon - 185 miles, 16,000 ft ascent

18th July 2020 - Wales in a Day - 185 miles, 14,500ft ascent

To help motivate me through the cold, rainy rides, regular early morning spin classes and constant achy muscles - I am asking for your support to raise money for two children's respite care homes. These respite care homes offer a lifeline to families. As it is not a statutory requirement for the local council to provide this service they are always in danger. The benefits to families who use these home is incredible, without them some families would not survive.
