Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!

On the 17th of June, my friend Lisa and I are getting on our wee bikes and pedalling 54 miles from London to Brighton. As we're heading south, I'm guessing it's going to be downhill, so shouldn't be that hard...

According to one of my lecturers, 60% of us will die due to heart related diseases – this figure is higher if you’re from Scotland.... awkward. Given my excessive fast food and carry out consumption, I fear that if my habit is not curbed, my fate will be similar to that of my fellow countrymen. And so I think it is apt for me to get on my bike and raise money to fund cardiovascular research.

If you have a few quid to spare I would really appreciate it. It is for a really good cause and it’s super easy to donate.

Anyhoo, thanks for reading this! x
