As some of you know, on December 31st 2021 I lost my Granny. She was an amazing lady who did a lot for her family, community and wider. Unfortunately, as I grew up her memory slowly faded. Forgetting little things at first, and then slowly she deteriorated to not knowing anyone close around her other than her loving husband (my granda’). I went from Hannah, to her daughter (my auntie), to lots of other people she was unsure of. 

I am doing this walk to raise money in memory of her but to help those who are affected now.

Every three minutes someone is diagnosed with dementia. Across the UK, families affected by dementia are struggling to cope.
