Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

On Mother's Day this year, we will be taking part in the Keighley Big K 10 K to raise money for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice. Our mum, Christine, was diagnosed with advanced cancer in October last year.  Since then, she has benefited from three relaxing stays at Manorlands, where the level of care has been absolutely fantastic. Staff at Manorlands continue to do so much to help and to support our family - and we would like to say thank you.

Around 640 patients, with a variety of life-limiting conditions, receive care at Manorlands every single year. The hospice relies on voluntary donations for the majority of its £2million running costs. Sadly, this year, staff have been forced to launch an appeal to make up an £80,000 shortfall in the hospice's budget.

Like many other families in the area, we simply couldn't be without Manorlands.

Please help us by supporting this amazing charity.  Any donation that you may be able to offer, however small, will be very gratefully received.

Thank you so much.
