I am doing the Leeds 5 mile walk in memory of my beloved Gran Who passed away suddenly earlier this year. She was a selfless woman and would do anything for anybody, she touched the hearts of so many people...and she has left a footprint on all our hearts, a hole is missing in our lives without her here. I want to raise money and awareness for BHF so that they can support and hopefully prevent such heart problems. Please donate to a good cause, i would really appreciate it!!
