Vitality British 10k London Run 2016 · 10 July 2016 ·

Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. Our mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. These serious mental illnesses ruin and, too often, take lives. Our Helpline is available online or by phone for anyone suffering, as well as their family and friends.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 10th July I am going to be taking part in the Vitality British 10k in London, raising money for the eating disorders charity beat.

All of the money I raise will be going to beat to help them raise awareness of eating disorders and help tackle the stigma around them. It will also help to campaign for better services for those affected by eating disorders and to help provide help and information not only for those suffering but those around them too.

Eating disorders are an issue that is very close to me and it is very important for me to try to help others that suffer. Furthermore, this is going to be challenging and tough, but I am determined to do something new and to help others by doing so.

I need to raise a minimum of £300 but I would absolutely delighted if I could reach £500, and every penny will go to a truly wonderful cause.

So thank you for taking the time to read this, and any donations would be appreciated x
