I am taking part in Cardiff's 5K Mud Run/Assault Course this Saturday in memory of my Uncle Hugh who passed away in November.
My Mum and I are not exactly the 'running/scrambling type' so any donations will help us get a move on this Saturday, but will also help end cancer for future generations. Sadly cancer is a disease that has affected us all in one way or the other and it would be great if you could support this cause.
