Brabners 48 Hour Dash · 26 September 2019 to 28 September 2019 ·

Want to know how far could you travel in 48 hours without spending a penny all whilst raising money for the Brabners Foundation? We are excited to announce that you will soon be able to find out as we launch the inaugural Brabners 48 Hour Dash.

Story

Myself, Jon and Heena will be taking part in the Brabners 48 Hour Dash on 26 September 2019.

Competing against other fundraising teams, we will attempt to travel as far away as we can from our Liverpool offices... without spending any money! There are no rules in how we get from A to B. We can walk, run, bike, hitchhike, travel by boat, train, or if we're really lucky... by plane!

Now naturally Jon would like to run the whole way, but realistically how far could we get in 48 hours? Please (for Hannah and Heena's sake, we don’t want to run) support us as we try to negotiate free travel, whether it’s bikes, taxis, boats, trains, or if we’re lucky… a plane!

We would really appreciate your help by donating through this page in our efforts to raise as much money as we can for The Brabners Foundation. The Brabners Foundation is a charity run entirely by our staff which enables us to support the causes that are important to us.

This year's chosen charities are:

Marie Curie
Helping those affected by terminal illness. The money we raise will help fund new furniture for the children's play area.

Royal Manchester Children's Hospital
The largest and busiest children's hospital in the UK. Funds will go towards the purchase of a new MRI scanner.

Sunflowers
Helping people and their families diagnosed with cancer. We are helping to fund counselling services for those suffering bereavement.

Chicks
Funds will help children who are suffering from difficult circumstances at home to attend a respite break.

Liverpool Cares
Money raised will help the charities aim of delivering 24 social clubs across the city (2 per month) reaching over 200 people who are isolated.

Our fundraising target is £500 but we are keen to raise as much money as possible!!

Thank you for your support.

Hannah, Heena and Jon
