Poppy gets the chop for Purple day! · 26 March 2019

We conduct world class medical research projects. We diagnose and treat thousands of people with epilepsy every year. We do this and much more. We are the UK’s national medical epilepsy charity. With Epilepsy Society, you don’t have to deal with epilepsy alone.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Poppy is a magnificent 8 year old girl.

In April 2017 Poppy's Little sister Nettie developed Epilepsy. Poppy found this terrifying but over time and support from the Epilepsy society she has learnt to cope with what life gave us as a family.

Every year on purple day, world Epilepsy awareness day Poppy takes it upon herself to fundraise for the Epilepsy society. This year as well as wearing purple to school  to raise awareness she is also choosing to get her luscious long locks cut off..

Her hair is being donated to little princesses cancer charity to be made into a wig. But we would love you to also support Poppy by helping her fundraising efforts for the Epilepsy society.

As you can see Poppy has spent many years growing her showstopping hair and it's often commented upon its beauty!

We are beyond proud of Poppy
