St Johns has been a beacon of light, hope, care and compassion for 35 years and we want it to stay in peoples homes for the next 35 years and longer.

I am a district nurse working in Garstang and we work closely with St John’s Hospice at Home. Together, we care for palliative patients and their families, providing end of life care and support at home. 

I am so passionate about end of life care at home and I felt I wanted to do something to help support St John’s hospice so that they can continue with the fantastic work that they do.
