We are taking on the Move for Mind challenge — moving 31 minutes a day for 31 days in January — to support people who have experienced mental health struggles.
Mental health is something close to our hearts. So many people suffer in silence, and right now Mind’s phone lines are the busiest they’ve ever been. In the UK, 1 in 4 people will face a mental health problem this year, and for many, Mind is their only lifeline — through helplines, local support, and their online community, Side by Side.
