Glenn and I (along with a few friends) are raising money for both Cancer Research and our local hospice St. Barnabas in Worthing. Earlier this year we lost our lovely friend Hannah to cancer, who left behind her equally lovely husband Steve and their 2 young boys. She was always hopeful for a cure so would want money to go towards research and at the end St. B's looked after her so well and any donations we can raise for them is our way of saying thank you.

We are doing the Nuts Challenge a 7k obstacle race in Dorking. Its tough, its very muddy and we will all be bruised and battered afterwards but there would be no point doing it if it was easy :) If you can spare some change towards our causes it would be much appreciated.
