I'm taking on the December Daily Dash this year, along with my super Duchess of Kent hospice team!

I'm going to run, walk or jog 5k every day in December as part of a growing community of people around the world going the distance to raise funds for Sue Ryder and help them be there when it matters.When someone has been given a life-changing diagnosis or is bereaved, their world is turned upside-down, by taking part, I'm doing what I can to support people through terminal illness, neurological conditions or the loss of a loved one.
