We provide specialist care and support to people with life-shortening illnesses.

Story

On November 8th 2018, myself and my Nephew Alex Davies will set off from Hanoi on bicycles for an epic 2000 kilometre unsupported ride down the length of Vietnam to Ho Chi Minh City. Why are we doing this? - We are both keen cyclists and want to challenge oursleves by doing something completely different to what we are used to. We also want to raise some money for a local charity - St Catherine's Hospice, which looks after and cares for people with serious illness such as cancer, heart failure ,motor neurone disease & parkinson's disease.Over the next two Months leading up to the trip we will be posting regular updates on our planning, equipment & fund raising so far and during the cycling tour we will publish regular update blogs of our progress, route, photos and experiences of this exciting adventure.
