We conduct research and campaign to create good mental health for all.

Charity Registration No. 801130

Story

Please join me in giving to this important charity in celebration of Benedict Cumberbatch’s birthday.  As an actor Mr. Cumberbatch himself spoke briefly at an event about his visit to a therapist because as an actor who delves into other character’s mindsets quite often, he felt it should be a routine thing. (He happily assured fans that the therapist said he was absolutely fine) and how he believes there should be more open discussion about mental health. The topic of mental health is one that carries a stigma among many who suffer from it.

The wonderful work done by the Mental Health foundation helps raise awareness and provide resources to those across all age ranges and all aspects of mental health, from A to Z.

Mr. Cumberbatch has changed the way we see the world.  His devotion to the many charities he supports, his awareness of those around him has made him into such an influential person for many of us. Therefore we wanted to celebrate the birthday of this wonderful man by giving to others. To share what little we can to help change and better lives. To bring a smile to someone's face and show them there is a bright light and people waiting to greet them at the end of that tunnel.

Please consider taking this opportunity to give to this very important cause.  To help those living with mental health by giving them, and those supporting them access to information and treatment.  Together we can do our part to help them better manage their mental health and well being and live healthier lives. Any little bit helps, lets achieve victory over mental illness together.
