Mental health is important, and everyone needs help sometimes. Sometimes, that help can be hard to find, and life can seem to be utterly without hope.

Lighthouse, a suicide prevention charity in North Belfast, supports individuals who are in crisis and those who have been bereaved through suicide.

We at Harland Wolves Roller Derby are hoping to raise some money for this extremely worthwhile charity by skating a marathon distance around Victoria Park. Any donation you can make would be very much appreciated.
