I'm taking part in a  charity 5k for khalsa Aid

Taking place in London's Hyde park.

To raise  money for KhalsaAid who are a humantian  charity based in the UK.

Khalsa aid support projects all over the world  with natural  disasters or civil conflict 

They have helped with the 

Greece  refugee crisis

UK Floods  2015 in Yorkshire 

Yemen civil war

Nepal  earthquake 

Supplying drinking water to flood victims in Malawi 

Australian   cyclone 

Floods in Jummu and Kashmir 

They are still offering support to the above-mentioned 

They are in  Iraq supporting the Yezidi women who have escaped  from the  IS IS  as salves

The list is endless
