Take part in one of the greatest mass-participation cycling events in the world. The 100 mile route offers a unique opportunity to cycle through the capital on closed roads and speed through the stunning Surrey countryside.

Story

Hi all,

We are Team Harrather, comprised of two wannabe cyclists with one goal in mind... to cycle 100 miles.

We have been a fully fledged cycle team (of two) for just over a year now who strive to keep one another motivated on the bustling country lanes of Kent. Since our formation, the clothes have become tighter and the challenges a little harder. It was only a matter of time before we decided to take on the big one.

For me, this is far more than a cycle, this is in honour of my Dad, my hero and inspiration. Sadly he passed away earlier this year after a brave three year fight with Bowel Cancer which started just a few months after my Mum had thankfully been given the all clear from the very same disease. Like many cases, this has been beyond heartbreaking for the family but the work this amazing charity is doing can make a difference for others so any donations you can make would be hugely appreciated.

I couldn't be more grateful to have one of my oldest and dearest friends by my side throughout this entire journey.

Chris Harragin and Liam Spensley-Hather
